Rental Rates

Seasonal

December - April:  $1795.00 per month. (2 month minimum stay)

May - November:  $1195.00 per month. (2 month minimum stay)

Posted rates include all taxes.

Lodging for medical care

*Lodging for medical care is tax deductible up to 50.00 per day on essential trips to obtain medical care by a doctor at a licensed hospital, or equivalent facility such as an out-patient clinic.

Rental Policy

Rental Guidelines

• No smoking or pets of any kind allowed in unit.
• Max occupancy is 2
• Check-in 4pm Checkout 11am
• Minimum age for rental is 25

Deposit

A 50% deposit of total rent, 200.00 refundable security deposit and 75.00 cleaning charge are required at the time of reservation. Payment is due in full if reservation is less than 30 days from rental date.  All balances must be paid in full 30 days prior to rental date. No exceptions.

Rental dates guaranteed only when required deposit has been received.

Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation attempts will be made to re-rent your accommodation. If we are successful, your deposit will be refunded 100%. If not, a 25% service charge of monies paid will be retained when equal cancellation notice to length of stay is given. When cancellation notice is less than length of stay a 50% service charge of monies paid will be retained. Security deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded 100% due to a cancellation.

Keys

Condo keys will be mailed to your home address approximately 2 weeks prior to check-in date.

Security deposit

Security deposit will be refunded upon receiving unit keys and satisfactory departure inspection of unit.
